The basis of the deck is peacekeeper. It along with the other creature control and creature removal should keep you strong until your Dark Depths or Serra Avatar come out at which point you let go of peacekeeper and attack. If they use a lot of direct damage, use the life gainers to counterract it. Otherwise you can use your Disintegrates to gain a life-advantage then use Pyrohemia to end the game as long as you have Sandskin on Peacekeeper. In testing this has proven to be among the very best decks that I have.

You might want to add some spells to protect or regenerate/resurrect your Peacekeepers . Something with shroud (like Lightning Greaves) might help.

the sand skin wont exactly work the same way as the lightning greaves. btw if you want this deck to be legal, take out the dual lands
since you are playing defensively, powerstone mine field is a good idea
Lord - Unfortunately, Peacekeeper itself is only legal in Legacy and above so it wouldn't matter.
