before i make any suggestions, i would like to know if you intend to keep the deck standard.

only thing i would suggest would be to add two more doomblades, but what to take out for them...

a card i would add would be elvish piper, because if you have so many high mana cost creatures, you can get them out a lot easier and a lot cheaper
i would add a card called quicksilver amulet. it lets you put a creature card from your hand into to play for 4 colorless mana
i would add a special little card called basilisk collar. it gives the equipped creature deathtouch. making it slightly more harmful to block.
just a suggestion, i would add naturalize, rampant growth, and cards to buff up the liege, like titanic growth or phytoburst, just so you can ram it home.
i have a deck just like this that i actually made cause hydras are fucking beast, and the one card i would add would be bioshift. it lets you move all your +1/+1 counters around on your board. therefore if you need more counters on a single hydra, you can do it, plus instant speed so you can do it while attacking to any creature on your board.
I love the deck but your low cost removal should not include devour flesh since A. your opponents get to choose what they sac, and then B. they gain life from what they sac. put in doomblades, they are very reliable and proved effective. another is that this is a WHITE black deck. those decks are never complete without O-rings. its only a three cost card and exiles instead of destroying. All in all you've got yourself a nice deck, but you definitely need to fix your removal.

take out the two mox opals for two motarpods, they will give you the option to shoot your opponent if necessary and the opals are useless since nothing uses anything but black mana. ortinthopter or memnite could come in handy too, in case the token gets killed off.
i like the deck but the card i would add into the deck would be sundial of the infinite and take out either 2 chandra's fury or flames of the firebrand. the sundial would en your turn automatically thereby taking off the stack the end of turn sacrifice on most of your creatures.
to put in shimmer myr i would take out 1 of each artifact. that way you still have the same ratio of artifacts to creatures.
no offense here, but the deck doesn't meet minimum deck size, the treefolk need more to help themselves out, and timber protector is the most important card in the deck and you only 1 have , you need 4 dungrove elders, and you need to get rid of some of the useless teefolk.
why not just put army of the damned in the deck so that the name actually makes sense?

a good card for this deck might be leyline of punishment. it will stop your opponents from ever gaining life. it works great in most red decks i put it in.
also though it is a slightly more expensive card Jace Beleren would work to draw both you and your opponent cards each turn.
