Deck Description

An old idea of a black draw=pain-deck. It ressembles one of my other decks; "Black Magic" - and many of the cards are from there

How to Play

A first turn Underworld Dreams followed by a second turn Howling Mine, and its all good. I haven't playtested it enough, but the little action it has seen until now, fared ok.
Defend yourself with Will-O-The-Wisp and Mill your opponents with Mindcrank then Extirpate whatever you want, or get 3 counters on Ascension.
Not the strongest among decks, but fun to play =)
Enjoy

Deck discussion for Howling Dreams

I've always thought that Seizan, Perverter of Truth was a nice addition to any Underworld Dreams type deck.

This is just annoying as hell. Love it!
How is Temporal Extortion working for you? Do you generally have to have the Lake out to take full advantage??

Thank you =)
Temporal Extortion is very evil in this, most of the time anyway =) The decks I've seen running it seems to take alot of heat for it, but personally I've got to cast it in my favor - almost - every time
Well, its a bit for and against. If the game is over somewhat quickly then no, I don't benefit from the Lake, but in a longer match two of these af two swamps usually mens Hell for my opponent. I haven't tried this in a multiplayer yet, but in 1 o' 1 and best out of five, it went; 3-0-2 it was a close call though. Giving Card Advantage to a 'burn' deck is not always a good idea, heh.

I was thinking along the lines of running a Demon deck with 2BB demons, Lake, DR and Heartless Summoning to go with the Temporal Extortion? Sounds like fun.

Then I'd recommend Abyssal Persecutor - P/T 5 for BB - Hell yeah!

There are a lot of red cards that work well with the drawing/damage combo. I have a deck based on the theme http://mtgvault.com/1111222334/decks/forceful-drawing/

Cabal Coffers. It will work better than lake of the dead. Especially late game :P. It is IS slow to get running.

I'll be sure to playtest that, thanks ! It Works well as it is now though, but if Coffers will make it even more fast, then its going in =)
I commented on your Weenie Victory btw. Looks cool, Holmes 8-)

Cabal Ritual did the job in the end. I tried with 4 x proxies of Coffers, but it didn't turn out the way originally intended, alas =)
