Use Preeminent Captain to get Captain of the Watch out early. Use soldier tokens and Knight Captain of Eos to hold off damage late game if necessary. About mid game should have enough of a buffed force built up to finish. If Odric, Master Tactition is out its pretty much a guaranteed win.
