Tried to take the popular MURDERGOATS archetype and turn it into a budget-viable version, so here's one where Akroan Horse is the only rare (costs a quarter) and Young Pyromancer is the only "expensive" card, although it looks like Guttersnipe is also a bit.
Ramp through Barrage to Young Pyro to Guttersnipe. Use Shock/Lightning Strike to clear out small threats, then when you have 4 mana use Act/Barrage or 5 mana for Portent/Barrage to steal, attack with, and then remove their big threats. YP and Guttersnipe amplify the power of each Act/Portent, and give you the ability to get them down to the level where you can just sac everything for lethal.Options:-Magma Jet instead of Lightning Strike in game 1 to dig for major combo pieces-Portent over Traitorous Instinct for the same reason, the Scry will help smooth your draws after you've gotten to the critical 5 mana level-If you have the budget or want to make the deck better, I'd bet the deck would work incredibly if you did -1 Guttersnipe -2 Akroan Horse +3 Purphoros, God of the ForgeSideboard is maybeboard, nothing set in stone yet:-Dynacharge is a nice overrun finisher when you have a token swarm-Skullcrack against Sphinx's Revelation or life gain decks-Burning Earth for Esper Control-Deck might not be able to handle 6 needed to overload Mizzium Mortars
