Deck discussion for Runeflare Combo

Looks solid i dont think it needs anything just be sure to hold onto a swerve just in case i normally sideboard in telemin performance just in-case i run into creature less decks, but honestly i dont think they will ever get to play it this deck looks like it could kill on turn 4-5 consistently am i right? anyway like i said it looks good i hope you win.

Good Luck.

Lol I hope I win too, but 7-9 rounds? Fololz. Ty though. By the way, you cannot swerve a Telamin Performance, that is what the sideboard is for.

seems a tad vulnerable to quicker decks (eg heavy creature decks) mono burn decks, life gain decks.. etc etc; anyway as to the deck, Howling Mine and Font of Mythos will probably benefit opponents more than u

anyway, I'd definitely add more burn, u don't want to run out of steam after uv played ur combo (if u get to play it; meaning u draw the cards u need without any hand removal); sideboard swerve for something else, not sure u need Time Warp

are you seriously that retarded, yes it is easily beat by rdw and other fast decks, but it smashes lifegain into smitherines. And no the Howling Mine and Font don't only benefit the enemy. I play with this dude a lot and we deck test a lot. And time warp is essentially a kill condition in itself

a lot is dependent on getting a lucky hand; all it takes is one duress and ur deck is next to useless as is the case with most decks that use combos etc, hence the need to add more burn

also, maybe u played against bad lifegain decks..

time warp is too expensive; turn 5 ur dead

WHO PLAYS LIFEGAIN?? There is no competitive life gain deck. And if you would actually try this deck before you rapidly critisize it, then maybe you will realize Time Warp is the only thing that KEEPS you alive...

Ahhh good point i dont know what i was thinking anyway i think i will build something similar to this, anyway how has the deck been playing i assume you have been doing a lot of testing for the Qualifier whats an average hand look like for you? what turn can you generally win?

Well, if you are lucky enough to get 4 Time warps, plus a turn 2 and 3 Howling Mine (That is considered the god hand), you basically win on their turn 5. But I have realized, that this deck is actually pretty inconsistant and ALWAYS loses game 1 to Jund, RDW, or something else that is very aggro. Spreading Seas and Convincing Mirage are your only hopes game 2-3. Basically, it usually loses, and have moved on to Polymorph :P
