nice deck, I might suggest that any good orzhov guild themed deck needs Orzhova, the Church of Deals. Its a nonbasic land, but come on its the church.

Celestial Mantle is one of my favorite aruas to put on nighthawk, try that and get a whisper silk cloak, an unblockable/shrouded creature is always fun

This is a very good deck. But I would also recommend, maybe, a coat of arms or two.
I'm in aggreement with Ghost get rid of the nimbus wings and try adding Bladed Pinions they give flying and first strike
