Deck Description

Splinterfright is an amazing card. RtR brought Chronic Flooding which most people cast aside as a junk card, but with Arbor Elf it can do silly things. Winning with Laboratory Maniac is a real possibility against control.

How to Play

Just mill hard and mill fast. Ease off the gas once you hit 7-8 in the graveyard to minimize the effect of graveyard hate. If the hate comes, just tap those flooded forests and start over. Unless he was mainboarding a Rest in Peace. In which case scoop and sideboard.

Deck discussion for Simic Self Mill

Since this is Simic, and their dual land will be releasing soon, i would go ahead and add in Breeding Pool anyways.

Some changes I would make:
Put in some Mulch
Move Laboratory Maniac to the Mainboard
Take out the Ulvenwald
Add in Wreath of Geists

Just a few suggestions :) Always like U/G self mill :D

like the deck. just curious about how well it plays against the graveyard hate and board sweepers. I don't really get the point of fog bank in this deck, don't get me wrong its a great card and I see that it is a way to slow your opponent down till you can get going but i think something else would be better suited to this theme like mindshrieker. love the idea though. good luck
