first off, there is nothing about this deck that isn't a perfect combo. well done, a tip of the hat to you indeed! just for shits and giggles i thought i'd leave this around

geralf's mindcrusher perhaps, and since you have so many zombies perhaps unbreathing horde. maybe a rooftop storm, who knows. also thought scour lets you mill 2 and draw a card. and get rid of some cards and add dimir charms, its a joke how little control is in here at the moment, 1 tragic slip is conditional and not great, get some variety maybe

you get what you pay for. actually in this deck it would be a waste, try in a tribal deck

im not sure about akromas memorial; just from the mana ramp im sure it wouldnt be too hard to get out there, the only problem is wolfir's, primordials, and omnath are really the only creatures it would benefit for a game win. actually with wolfir's soulbond im sure it would work if you get the combo out quick enough. really only one way to know for absolute certainty, and that's to buy and try!

um forced adaptation and drop primal cocoon? if you dropped omnath and oran reif for sheltering words and naturalize it would be a fun standard deck

i wont say it doesn't work, just that its the only non golgari card in here so doesnt fit. making it a combo would be running verdant havens, so tapping and untapping 1 land will give you 4 mana, two forests and two whatever (swamp) or running mulch to throw lands in your hand and scavenge creatures in the graveyard. iono, just general thoughts like that

arbor elf makes no sense in here, otherwise its a nice golgari themed deck. i hate recommending it but maybe slitherhead. best of luck

if you're looking for sideboard help, maybe geralfs mindcrusher, along with spider spawning! wreath of gheists can make splinterfright stupidly dangerous. Kessig cagebreakers if youd rather have tons of 2/2 wolfs than 1/2 reach spiders. playing with i think you'll find 4 gnaw to the bones too many, is sure did. replace two with creatures since they have flashback? anyways creeping renaissance is a gamechanger. purely because you have 0 control in this deck i would say add some simic charms if you can. regardless looks like fun casual play!

otherwise, the only real problem ive had is even with lotleths and splinterfright trampling over enough damage, which makes jarad the really essential creature for this deck, not varolz. 8/10 times youll probably drop varolz first, so plan accordingly!

like i said, to return it from the graveyard with a treasured find is 2 mana, then playing it is another 6

since i have so many self mill options i find that its largely unnecessary since jarad/rot farm skeletons can come back from graveyard or treasured find any card back. id say spider spawning/kessig cagebreakers are better options for 5 mana, spiders for the flashback and kessig adds to creatures in graveyard if you mill it. retrieving and playing deadbridge chant for 8 mana seems not great if i mill it so doesnt quite fit in my deck

also splinterfright, such a fat creature, works with corpse lunge etc, pretty dope. more importantly works with jarad excellently, as do rot farm skeletons. played at standard night last night and had a lot of fun with this
