If you want to make a silly deck, make a relentless rat deck.
Is there a particular reason you chose Last Grasp over Grasp of Darkness? They cost the same since you're running mono-black and Grasp of Darkness is -4/-4.

i just built a rat deck and 1 of my build was very similar to this but then i decided i wanted to do something less hand controlly and more group game playabe and took out all those pesky sentinent rats in favor of cheap fast overruning swarms of them here http://www.mtgvault.com/ViewDeck.aspx?DeckID=116573
