Deck Description

An incredibly fast deck. I am a little iffy on the Gaea's Herald in the SB though...

I like Elvish Piper because if you tap her and one green mana then you can put out any creature without paying it's cost. Elvish Harbringer is good because you can use her to search your deck for an Elf card and put it on top of your library, so you can get out Elvish Archdruid or Eladamri, Lord of Leaves - I also think having at least two of Eladamri, Lord of the Leaves in the main deck because he's such a good card.

Yes, but Imperious Perfect is not needed. The main combo is Mana + Concordant Crossroads + Biomantic Mastery + Coat of Arms + Elves. That pumps way more than needed already. Also, Elvish Piper is just bad. Elvish Harbinger is bad because it is too slow.
