I like the idea, but I don't like Mind Funeral as the win condition. Tome Scour and Burning Inquiry are more efficient. You may want to run Pyroclasm as well to fend off the heavy aggro decks.
Drop the diabolic tutors add in demonic tutors they're 2 cheaper. What is the point of the 1 island? and it's pretty weak for a mill deck to have 4 copies of only one milling card, i don't think this is how it's done and what i meant by tough on life was the ascension, which in this deck is almost pointless, at least in the other deck cards would be going to the graveyard in bulk.

Memnarch... You are so idiotic... Diabolic Tutors are the only Tutors in standard... and the 1 island is for Scalding Tarn to get for the Mind Funeral. Also... THIS IS NOT A FUCKING MILL DECK!! Do people even look at the deck or description any more? IT IS FOR BLOODCHIEF ASCENSION!!
