Start typing a card name and use the auto-complete feature to quickly select the card you're trying to add. Enter a quantity and add that card to your sideboard!

And you win... how? Leyline of Vitality is easily the most useless leyline in there, since it doesn't interact well with leyline of Punishment. You might want to get leyline of lightning to 4, which would allow you to ping your opponent for up to 4 every time you play crop rotation or tutor or etc, especially with serra's sanctum. That said I still don't see a method to win, and a simple Back to Nature would blow you out big time.
First off, there arn't any better leylines out there to use... Secondly, Back To Nature is great, and yes, it will blow me out, but thats what Replenish is in there for...
Also, I can win faster than Back to Nature can blow me out. The way I win is Opalescence.
