So your main problem is that you've got too many high cost cards. You need to have a few 1 and 2 drop cards otherwise you might well lose the game before you get the chance to put down your big hitters.So for 1 drops you've got Champion of the Parish, maybe Cenn's tactacian. Then for 2 drops you want Precinct Captain. Play around with some ideas and use the 'draw hand' mechanism. If you aren't consistenly able to get creatures down on your first 2 turns then you need to add more 1 and 2 drops.

Yeah: Champion of the Parish is IMO the best one drop for human/soldier decks ever made. Then for me it would come down to a choice between Cenn's tactician and Boros Elite for the second 1 drop.
