I think that azor's elocutor and jace beleren don't work very well in this deck as finishers i need to change them by anything else. So i created my deck here in magicvault to get some tips about which cards i need to change... of course i dont want to spend much money

I am going to assume that you're using cards that you already own, but I like it. It seems like the "Filibustering Dude" is your main win condition. If this is the case, I would have a playset in here. Maybe some Azorius charm, Sleep, anything to get your opponents creatures from attacking. If you get a chance please check out my deck. however i need some finishers for the deck because i run out of cards sometimes waiting for jace or azor's elocutors
Grand Arbiter Augustin, geist of saint traft, steel of godhead, swords to plowshares or path to exile
grand arbiter augustin is useless in this deck, however geist is a good choice, steel of godhead is algo good thanks
He makes manaleak, humble, jace, azor's, peacekeeper cheaper to cast, and he can totally screw your opponents. He is never useless because his is very versatile and can make geist of saint traft and steel cost less too. That extra turn you get to cast something can help a lot similarly to it can make your opponents spells cost more. It can be game changing
