When Khans was first spoiled, the moment I saw Narset I wanted to build a deck around her because I feel like her ability can be abused pretty badly in a multiplayer format. Now with the set finally out, I put together a potential final list that uses her ability to its limits while having the ability to abuse it multiple times.

Seething song does sound like a better idea. I almost forgot about that card since I dont play with it (banned reasons)I have palladium myr in here because it almost has similar value as the worn powerstone. If i have any mechanic that gives my creatures haste such as fervor or Need for Speed i can instantly get that 2 colorless mana. Its kind of like having a mana rock on the spot. Also I have most of the cheap artifact mana rocks out there when it comes to price ranges, nothing like mana crypt or chrome mox.
