No Hellspark, not enough goblins to make use of the Instigator, and not even close to enough land, especially if you actually expect to use those Devastating Summons. You telling us that you haven't gotten land screwed tells me one of two things: 1) you're lying or 2) you are the luckiest person on the planet. Land count in RDW (which this really isn't btw) is not about getting to enough mana to play Ball Lightning and saying "ok, I'm good now," it's about being able to do multiple things in a turn. If you can't cast one or two burn spells and a creature per turn by turn 5 you will lose to any deck with board presence.
