Bit of an old hat.... but a solid winner in play testing.So the premise here is to be relentless. There is no "combo" win con. I wanted to keep things flexible. Most of the creatures are super hard to kill and synergize with the other 'eavier hiters to maintain tempo and stay agile.
Play zombies and attack relentlessly..... Bloodghasts and Grave Crawlers are AWESOME fodder for Kalitas and Smallpox.Death baron pumps the zombies and gives them death touch to clear out any "creature issues" you may be having and keep the pressure on.There are a few options for removal for those hard to get combo pieces that they may be protecting. Finally, this Deck was designed to be effective with only 2-3 mana, if you have more you are doing it wrong. Don't be afraid to pay the life to gain the board advantage. In my play tests I rarely finished a game above 10 life, however that is Blacks strength, win at ALL COST. out of 24 rounds, with random match ups, I lost once due to a mana drought...... That was corrected with additional lands.have fun, and remember....... stay calm and eat bbbbbrrrrraaaaiiiiinnnnnsssss!!!!1

I'm all about them zombie buffs. May I suggest Cemetery Reaper? It might affect your curve, I'm not sure how it would play out, as I figure you'd probably want to drop Butcher for it. It looks quite fun, best of luck to you.
