The deck is pretty self-explanatory. It relies on token generation with human-synergy as a backup. Shrine of Loyal Legions can win games if paired with Intangible Virtue and used correctly. Angelic Overseer is a great card to use as backup; especially if they run a few wrath effects. Parallel Lives gets out of control quickly with Increasing Devotion, Hero of Bladehold, and Shrine of Loyal Legions.

I actually used to play a G/W token deck but it didn't exactly go as planned. I like your idea better with Angelic Overseer and Mayor. I didn't think about those cards at all. I like the overall build.
