i have never run RDW before, but I think this may be a good deck. Faithless Looting to get your miracle cards that are stuck in hand, out of your hand. Noxious Revival to set up a miracle on your own terms. Not to mention Reviving an early game Vexing Devil if your opponent opts to pay 4 life to kill him, which tells you they don't have an answer for him. This is standard based as that is the only format I compete in. I may want to add my shrines. This is just a rough list I haven't tested.
