This is a casual deck, mostly because I don't have a ton of money and I don't play many tournaments. Here's a little something you can brew up for about 10 bucks, tops. Essentially it uses the bounce ability of Horned Kavu and Sparkcaster to reuse creatures that have some comes-into-play value. There's a lot of good utility here, you can draw cards early with Elvish Visionary, Fire Imp is very underrated and can bounce to destroy a lot of mana producers, elf lords, or any small creatures to clear a path for beaters. Acidic Slime is a great card, there's almost always something you'll want to torch with it, from manlands to Cabal's Coffers, to artifacts to enchantments. This deck has a lot of utility for the midgame and can really pump out quick beats in the early going. It's not going to win you any tournaments, but it's a fun deck and pretty cheap to throw together. The Dong Zhou's are secret online tech, where they cost next to nothing. It can give you a surprise instant win if you can toss 8 damage on the table, then bounce and do it again. Give you a little late game, come from behind surprise. You could definitely add money and improve it. First, you'd take out the Shivan Oasis copies for dual lands. I'm sure there are other money cards you could toss in, if you wanted to.
