A budget build for newer players or people who are low on money or just want a fun casual deck to play with. This deck was one of my favorite strategies back when return to ravnica was what Khans is now. I have tweaked it however since it is no longer confined to standard. Start with early game creatures that will grow or accelerate your counter spamming. These include cloudfin raptor, rakdos cackler, and slitherhead. then, get things like corpesjack menace and vorel and biomancer to make the counters insane. move them around or double them then smash your opponenet and laugh (spit on their cards too)((<---Dont really do that)).
