Seems kinda risky, but I bet it works against creature based decks. Otherwise you're just couterspelling, gaining control of things that don't belong in your deck and hoping a couple of 4/4 creatures will do the trick.
No draw cards or scry card. Feels like a very hopeful control deck. You better be damn lucky your opponent doesn't overwhelm you by turn 4. I'd get some more of those cards into the mix and less counterspells.
