This deck wouldn't mill quick enough, focus on milling. Sleep, Mana Leak, Fog Bank, Elixer of Immorality should all be replace for millier cards.

Turn 1: lay down a delver or a jace's phantasm. Turn 2: transfer delver and put 3 cards in the graveyard with dream twist or 2 with thought scour. Can also play Jace's phantasm. Turn 3: lay jace's phantasm and play mind sculpt or just play millspells (dreamtwist+mindsculpt=10cards in the graveyard). Turn 4: save mana for countering the opponent to lay another creature and put a delver or another jace on the field or clone a creature. Turn 5: Equipped sword to delver of jace's phantasm. I replaced 2x mana leaks and 2 elixir of immortality for 4 dream twist. Thank for your suggestion!
