Crumbling ashes would be a good card for this deck.

Thanks for the comment, and damn your right I do need to put serra ascendant in there, that kicks butt. I thought about the green titan, but I'm really trying to keep this relatively low budget for an EDH. I'll definitely look up more removal too, I was kinda worrying about that.
This deck is pretty solid. It's hard to find anything to add because you are staying standard, but I really like build. My black green version of the liquimetal scheme would approve. If your looking for a heavy hitter with some more removal try hoard-smelter dragon or even ancient hellkite. They provide you with some firepower while still fueling the purpose of your deck. Hope this helps.
I thought with the new rules death touch and ping no longer worked?
Hydras are freakin awesome. I like how the newer sets are throwing in some fantastic cards to previously under-appreciated: ex. hydras ( primordial hydra, khalni hydra) and phoenix ( chandra's phoenix, kuldotha phoenix). This deck is awesome, the only question I have is; is the adaptive automaton worth it? Also if someone would check out my rise from the ashes and hydra decks that would be cool.
Thanks, and yeah it is. I was worried no one would get it.
Amen to that
I like the deck. Its got a good balance of everything, and is fairly fast. I may look into some other cards, but I can't think of anything right now.
You can't have 6 doomed necromancers
I recommend removing the vessels as by the time you get the six mana you could already have paid too much life to have it make a difference.
You need some more 1 or 2 drop spells because this deck seems to sit till turn 3 or 4 unless you draw a skirge.
I agree with you there that the look on someone's face after splinter is amazing. My version focuses more on the artifact aspect than the land, but I really like oxidize just because it only costs one mana to blow up one of their lands. Another creature I like is caustic wasp though its ability can obviously be stopped by flyers or reach.
correction* mana of "any" color
As I have played against this I know that this deck can be a pain. I feel the mox opal is a little unnecessary because you don't need any color mana, or mana ramp for that matter since everything is cheap and you have some control. If you want a zero drop artifact put in ornithopter, or an affinity beast like broodstar or mycosynth golem.
Too much land. Bring it down to about 20-21, and throw in some arbor elves or oracle of muul daya
Only 1 crusader?
You have way too many lands. My deck had a similar build and ran only 17 lands. Add two more arbor elves and either some lords or a way to draw. The issue with this build, and this is why I no longer use the archdruid, is that its way too vulnerable, and too slow. Seven druids is a lot to get out unless your opponent just sits there, and the archdruid is a huge target; for me he would never last long enough to be any use, and then I was screwed because he is the only threat in the deck. Sorry to pick this apart, but I'm speaking from experience. Acetecisms also wouldn't be bad because you need to protect your creatures or its game over.
It does a lot thanks. Ill definitely add the stampede and ill have to look at the wakes or keepers
I had tried him in a previous version. Excellent card but doesn't quite fit here because he doesn't get banding and with that the essence wall has more life gain potential.
I'm a little skeptical about the sakura tribe elder. Even though it technically costs one more mana, I would look at diligent farmhand just because its a turn 1 drop. Belbe's portal would be a decent consideration. As you said not a great duel deck as it can't do much till turn 4 or 5, but I can see it proving to be troublesome in multi-player.
