I'm pretty new to the whole modern thing, i have been concentrating on standard for a while now, but i don't like whats there atm, so i thought i'd widen my horizen. This is a pretty straight forward mid-range deck. 15 creatures that are either really strong, offer a lot of utility or are cost effective. With that i have a lot of removal and disruption to keep my opponent in check, destroying anything on the board i see as a large threat. Would be great if i could get some feedback on this deck, i have played it online, but i'm finding it hard to change anything with it. except for obvious things like tarmogoyf and liliana of the veil which is something that i can't afford as a student.
This deck usually starts spitting out nukes in the 3rd round, following into the 4th and the keeping the opponents threats, be it planeswalkers or cretures or artifacts at bay. I find Sorin to be very strong in this deck because it works well with field wipes and it gives my crusaders more punch. Inquisition of kozilek for aggro, duress and gaddock teeg for control. aven mindcensor works well against scapeshift and mana ramp usually..
