Nice deck! I would change Obelisk of Jund for Darksteel Ingot. I'm not sure how useful Rite of Passage is in this deck. By the way, Kokusho isnt legal in Commander. I like Sakura-Tribe Elder quite much but I'm not sure what to take out for him. Endrek Sahr, Master Breeder is also a very nice creature since you can sacrifice the tokens before you have to sacrifice himself. Stalking Vengeance, Sprouting Thrinax and Verdant Force, as well as Symbiotic Wurm, Mitotic Slime, Necrotic Ooze, Flesh-Eater Imp, Veteran Explorer and Harvester of Souls are other considerable creatures. Golgari Germination doesnt produze real creatures and therefore doesnt work together with Sek'kuar but it's cheap and produzes an additional creature everytime you sacrifice any nontoken creature. I would also change out Zombify for Dread Return. Victimize returns 2 creatures AND lets you sacrifice one. Fresh Meat and especially Creeping Renaissance are some other quite nice Spells.
There are some cards in that deck which make me wonder why you put them in, for example That Which Was Taken, Pariah's Shield, Pilgrim's Eye, Pristine Talisman or Stuffy Doll. You might want to check out my Myr deck: http://www.mtgvault.com/ViewDeck.aspx?DeckID=380633
Inexorable Tide + Shrieking Drake + Pentad Prism with at least 2 counters on it => infinite proliferate Magistrate's Scepter + 3 counters every turn (by coretapper, thrummingbird, energy chamber, surge node, etc.) => infinite turns A friend of mine and I build a deck around those two, it works very well. I would add Tome Scour and Glimpse the Unthinkable. Nice deck though.
I don't know if your deck shall be Standard or something. But if it weren't, i would put Raging Goblin in. It's a haste card (for worldfire) with a low cost.
