First thing I would do is take out a Runechanter's Pike and Silver-Inlaid Dagger and replace them with Sword of War and Peace. Remove 4 plains and replace them with Seachrome Coast. Some Divine Offerings might come in handy for sideboard. Other than that its a pretty solid deck.
I would drop the land down to 22 because you have 4 birds of paradise and probably 10 green and 4 swamp. 4 tragic slips and remove the go for the throat and doom blades. I would also sideboard ratchet bombs. But defiantly add 2-3 hex parasites and 3 garruk relentless. Altar reap is a good card draw for this kind of deck, you would probably need only 2 or 3.
