It's time for a duel deck I've been planning out for a while now! After recreating both decks numerous times, Rakdos and Azorius finally clash! Which guild will win the war for the streets?

Plot:
The smell of burning fills your nostrils as you and your crew of crazies have had another successful show for the fine folks of Ravnica! The entire audience was screaming with joy! Or terror....maybe the flaming flails hitting a few of them set off the screams...but who cares! You laugh maniacally with your fellow performers as you pick up the remainder of your tools of the trade, reliving the fun that just happened to make the clean-up less dull. You lift your mask up to spit on the ground, a little gunk caught in your throat, when suddenly, a group of men and women start to surround you and your companions. The capes and stern looks are all you need to see to have that urge to rip some arms off and beat people with them. Azorius Party Poopers, the bane of all Rakdos cultists.
"By the power of the Azorius Senate, we hereby place all of you lowlifes under arrest for crimes against Ravnica! Drop your weapons and put your hands over your heads now!!" commands one of the arresters, holding out a badge of office. You look at your allies and do "the gesture" to them. When they nod, you slowly approach an arrester with your axe in hand.
"Whoa, whoa, whoa, my good gentlemen and women, let's not get bent out of shape here! We did nothing of any sort of 'criminal activity,' we're just street performers! Let's be reasonable here, you just get out of our way, and we don't have to get violent!" You laugh, extending a hand to the male officer holding a badge.
"Get back, you sick freak! I will not repeat myself! Hands on your heads now!!" the officer screams. You slowly step toward him, mentally begging him to try and detain you. When you get to close, he finally snaps and unleashes one of his Decree spells, locking you with Azorius runes by the upper body. You laugh at his idiocy, and keep laughing until he gets closer. "What's so funny, criminal? Did you lost your mind when you realized this wasn't a joke?"
"Oh, but officer, it is a joke. A big joke! You see, you think you've caught me and have triumphed here, but my friend, this party is just getting started. The guests just haven't arrived! So until they do, we can't have you doing anything funny, because that's our job, you see?" you laugh, dropping to a knee. The moment you do, one of your Goblin cultists lunge at the officer's face, slicing it in half. As he falls, the runes fail, and you grab your axe and cleave two officers in half. Suddenly, the cultists are throwing fire and steel everywhere, another killing spree erupting out of nowhere. As the chaos rages, you take to the rooftops chasing down a female arrester. When she turns to face you, you see a determined look in her eyes.
"You realize all of the Senate is coming to end this in a few moments right? Face it, this little game was over before it began!" she shouts over all the noise from below. With a laugh, you reveal what's really going on.
"That's what the Ringleader wanted, dimwit. That's why we let you catch us, you fool! So we can begin the greatest murder show in all of Ravnica....The Slaughter of the Senate!!!" You laugh and raise your axe in the air. There will be blood, and lots of it.....
It's time to show the Azorius why nobody spoils the fun of the Cult of Rakdos! You need to show these party poopers why no one messes with Rakdos! The Senate's gameplan is to stall long enough to assemble it's flying attack force to swoop in a victory, but your job is to rip that idea out of their minds, as well as rip out a few vital organs!! To make sure that the Azorius don't take to the skies, you have plenty of cheap creatures to slice up the Azorius early games, so stick to them early on, constantly keeping the pressure on the Azorius! With a constant barrage of crazed cultists, the Azorius will be forced to use up their valuable control spells early on, which is great, because either they waste it now or they get hit in the face! The sooner you level their life total the better, because then it makes it easier later on to get the last laugh!! Mid game will be when the Azorius start bringing out the flying forces, and by then, you should have some removal ready! Bring them down with cards like Incinerate, or for the Pride of the Clouds the Azorius like to boast as their "secret weapon," you can Smother them out of existence! By late game, your guild abilites will start being more useful, and potentially the source of the Azorius's bloody demise! Unleash gives your baddies a +1/+1 counter as they appear, but at the price of losing the ability to block, but why care? Hellbent abilites go off when you have no hand, and by late game, this should be no problem getting to. The main key to your success is constant aggression! Don't let the Azorius get any breathing room, and remember: anything is an acceptable price for the good of fun!
