I wanted to give a shot at Manaless Dredge after finding out how awesome it was! Most of the sideboard is my take on it, seeing as how Manaless Dredge kinda already has it's own deck formula for success, but I'd love to hear on how I could improve it!
Turn 2-4 kill combo.You take the draw so you discard either a dredge card or Phantasmagorian. Activate Phantasmagorian's ability TWICE (it can be done, yes) and discard 6 cards to put in back in your hand. Then, turn 2 - 4 is devoted to dredge and discard to fill up your graveyard with A) Dread Return, B) at least 3 Bridge from Below, C) Cabal Therapy, and D) Balustrade Spy. Once all three cards are in your grave, use a Cabal Therapy to sac a creature (at this point either Nether Shadow or Ichorid) to activate the Bridges' abilities for 3 zombie tokens. Then, sac the zombies for Dread Return's Flashback, pulling Balustrade Spy targeting you. Without land, you mill your deck, fetching 3-4 Nacromebas and also the last bridge, as well as the rest of your Returns and Therapy(s). Use the Nacromeba's to bring out Flayer (which does 4 damage upon summoning.) and pick up 12-16 zombies. Then, sac some zombies for dread return targeting golgari grave troll. Game Over!During game 2, you want to utilize your sideboard to hate against your opponent. Unmask rips out threats, the baubles help use cabal therapy to get the discard (which removes threats), and the Trap kills combos.

Personally i'd add mana as it's vastly superior to Manaless Dregde but that's just my opinion.

Then why even bother looking at the deck if you know beforehand you don't like the strategy?
I like Dredge it's just better with Mana then without.
... The deck is called "MANALESS" dredge. Were you expecting something different, or did you show up just to offer deconstructive criticism of OP's deck choice? But anyways; I run a similar list and its yielded pretty good results. How do you like the Chancellor of the Annex? I've been considering it as an option for a long time, but do not own any. Dredgers like ourselves can get great value out of Ashen Rider as well!
In truth, i have yet to make this deck xD but i have a friend who might sell this deck to me and when i play tested it with him, Annex normally stopped a first turn brainstorm, which always helped in the long run
