Not many scarecrow decks so I decided to build one. Since it\'s basically a colorless deck I threw in fabricate to let you search for artifacts and just used islands to support the blue since it didn\'t matter what land\'s I threw in. Scrapbasket and Scuttlemutt help you turn your creatures into specific colors to benefit the other scarecrows and Mycosynth Golem is in to give everything affinity for artifacts. Shouldn\'t be too hard to bring him out either with 4 of him and 4 fabricates.

I put counter's and what not in the sideboard just in case you need to swap some card's out because the way I see it counters always help for a fail safe and since I threw blue mana into this deck I mine as well make use of it if need be.

This deck would only be half decent in Extended.... who helped you Clarky? Cause you obviously couldnt of thought of this deck all your own.....considering you arent bright enough to know that when you play Timbermare with Primal Forcemage in play that you can play Giantbaiting afterwards and hit for 15...... Haha.

bcmaledragon why are you being such a prick. clarky wouldn't use Timbermare, Primal Forcemage, Giantbaiting, in a scarecrow deck.
Oh yeah I remember commenting on that deck, when you worded the "strategy" you had it stating to play timbermare after the previous spells and that's why I said you couldn't do it. And I don't play in tournaments because neither do I have the time or would even want to, I play casually with my friends so if by you saying it's only half decent in extended because of banned cards or restrictions of some sort then it doesn't mean shit all to me buddy.

bcmaledragon what the hell dose Timbermare + Forcemage + Giantbaiting have to do whit this deck? its a Scarecrow deck... lol and your combo sucks cause for less mana you could just play Pandemonium + Timbermare + Phyrexian Dreadnought and hit for 22 .... haha yea you suck.
If only Dreadnought was type 2 but its not Ex my deck is type 2 LEGAL...... the combo was MY DECK. nothing to do with this one I was just reminding Clarky of his stupidty..... and this was the description I gave.....This deck also plays 3 Giant Baiting from Shadowmoor....its a sorcery that says Put a 4/4 red/green Giant Warrior creature token with haste into play..As long as you have Primal Forcemage out then bring out Timbermare then smack that out for 3 and bang you smack your opponent for 15.

i would add some grim poppets and put in all colors of mana just because of the fact that reaper king is cheaper with all colors than colorless mana. i know you have Mycosynth Golem in the deck for affinity but just in case you want to pop reaper king first. otherwise you could put in urza lands to produce more colorless mana

I DONT this deck is one that I ORIGINALLY THOUGHT OF LAST WEEK just before FMN while I was at Yellowjacket(In Victoria BC) you can even ask the OWNER.... plus Ive never seen the site you put up till just now....that deck doesnt play the haste creatures this one does SO why dont u and Clarky go back to pokemon where u belong or in Rush hour traffic.

nice deck you got there. but i suggest you add cloud key. it's kind of like a scarecrow banneret.
as long as this deck is actually meant for casual play, i would take out the sol ring, simply because its pretty hard to find for a casual player, and on top of that its kinda expensive. and i would also lower the number of Darksteel Forges to 2, again because of the cost issue, and you can always Fabricate and get it out. Replace the 2 darksteel forges with 2 counterbores, so you've got a little bit of control in there as well, to prevent spells like wrath of god, etc. Also, I'd add maybe 4 more lands, as well as making this deck 5 colors, to get reaper king out earlier, not having to wait for 9 mana (as it would cost with only islands). The whole deck is really well thought out, and i like it. Definitely an awesome deck. =)
