Unfortunately With For Liliana's Caress In There I Still Manage To Lose Due To Not Drawing One. Without It I'm Guaranteed A LOss So I Run Six Of The Effect To Keep Myself Drawing Them And They Do Stack.
what about shrieking affliction? with enough discards it's easy to get life loss triggers from it. plus it's a lower mana cost than megrim. also replace the slate street ruffian with sedraxis spectre. it's easier to get multiple discard triggers from that card. the ruffian will just be let through or killed by another 2/2, getting only one trigger. a small red splash is not that hard for your mana. (get rid of purge the profane you're spread too thin. replace those with mind rots or something)

Patched It Up A Bit. Found A Good Way To Get Multiple Uses Out Of My SLate Street Ruffian And Added Some New Tricks.
