Did u build this outta cards you got? If u did, then I understand the deckbuild. Manacurve seems to be at a good base. But if u really want take full advantage of Thragtusk and friends then I suggest u add 1-3 copies more ( I kno its a damn expensive card atm and I read u really dont wanna put more money into rares). As for the commons/uncommons, Borderland ranger could be swapped for Dawntreader elk or viridian emissary, both seem a better option in this case. U might wanna remove Thunderbolt outta deck if u wanna keep it standard, add Pillar of flame or Thunderous wrath (best option imo). Turn to slag is a far too slow burn/destroy card imo, add Smelt if u wanna get ridd of artifacts. Llanowar elves > Arbor elf. Also I dont see much use for Chandra in this deck. U got 65 cards in main, so u might wanna consider taking it down to or close to 60. Having Yeva on the battlefield gives u the advantage of flash, so i might wanna add a few Deadly Recluses to main for the surprise. If u somehow managed to squeeze white in the mix, u could use Cloudshifts for maximum gain with Thragtusk. Also a card i've never really seen in use, but prolly one of the first one to come to my mind when realising Thragtusks blink effect was Conjurer's closet. Conjurer's closet + Thragtusk = brutal.

With the large variety of creature types you have, descendant's path is a very dangerous card to run in your deck. Because if the card isn't a creature that matches a creature type you have in play, it sets the card to the bottom of your library. I would either opt out of it, or find something else that would help you more. Possibly Fervor or Urabrask the hidden for haste on your side.
