Who says you need blue in order to control? Do what blue could only dream of doing with black. You may not be able to counter any cards, but you don't need to! Cause your opponent won't have any cards to cast. MWAHAHAHAHAHA
Control the game by controlling your opponent's hand. the rack, ensnaring bridge, and shrieking affliction will be the main cards to win you the game. You'll be puking your own hand onto the board so ensnaring bridge will usually only allow creatures with a power of 1 or 2 to attack. while the rack and shrieking affliction drain your opponent's life.

Yes it's kinda budget. just didn't include the lilly's cause they are way to expensive. haha and what's LoK?
