Elf mana, cycling, speed draw and X draw to win. It is common to draw kill your opponent on turn 3-4. Prosperity hits all opponents so single / multiplayer games are no different. Further, since it is draw instead of mill, no anti-mill defense. Counterspells do not work since you can outcast much faster. Target destruction and mass destruction also can quickly be recovered from with mass draw spells and graveyard recycling. Crossroads + Vitalize = Take an extra turn. Prosperity + Crossroads = Alot of elfs. Prosperity + Elixir = Infinite draw. Rotation + Explore = Drawn lodges into play, sacrificing tapped lands for new lodges.
