This deck is a burn deck that uses Bazaar Trader to get your opponet stuck down with bad effects such as not being able to win the game. After that, feel free to fire off lightning bolt after lightning bolt at your opponet without fear of retaliation. There are a few obvious flaws so feel free to offer suggestions.

Dual lands: Dragonskull summit, Blackcleave cliffs. Maybe some sac-lands. I would go 10 mountains, 6 swamps, and 4 each of the current dual lands. Maybe just 4 dual lands, in that case keep all 14 mountains and go to 6 swamps still.
