It does depend on what your idea of Budget is as well but as far as I'm concerned it is a pretty reasonably low price for a deck.LEGALITY: By swapping the (4) Alliance of Arms with (4) Increasing Devotion you can make it Modern legal and it should work almost the same. Alliance of Arms has the added bonus of triggering both your Suture Priests' abilities as well as giving you lots more Drain fodder with Illness in the Ranks (Multiplayer yay).Intended for multiplayer, might work for a laugh in 1v1 too.Gain lots of life from spamming the board with 1/1 tokens as well as from random opponent creature spells with Suture Priest then kill them all with Illness in the ranks for tons of draining when you have 1 or 2 of either Blood Artist or Falkenrath Noble out.
