That's why I won't use that ability :) As long as the other ability is strong enough (tons of 2/2s!) I have no need to bother with the other one.
Ehh. I guess. You'll also have a bunch of 1/2's until turn five (not particularly useful). I just wish legion's initiative was realizing its full potential
Yeah I just did change a bit: Removed Maw of the Obzedat, a Legion's Initiative and a Boros Charm for 4x Sunhome Guildmage.
Much better fit, more targeted pump and more tokens. Perfect solution

Rootborn Defense is the number one choice for me. Given populating small tokens is not particularly exciting but it gets the job done with the indestructibility clause. Boros charm obviously serves a similar purpose. The other token hate besides sweeps is Olivia and curse of death's hold. With Olivia, you just have to hope to have a searing spear when you need it or pray she doesn't get above four toughness before your turn and a mortars. Death's hold is taken care of in your sideboard with sundering growth.
Made a few changes, removed the few black cards to make it more consistent.
