The only thing I don't like is the heartless summoning + master of cruelties combo. With that you can't win with just the master of cruelties because your opponent will be camped out on one life with a 0 power creature staring it down (also a first strike deathtoucher with 0 power is really easy to block while a 1 power first strike deathtoucher is a nasty thing to have to block). But I love the idea, master of cruelties is sooo awesome!

I agree with this. I feel like while you test it you will end up coming short far too often. I would replace the blast of genius and 1 heartless for faster ping. That way you can seal the deal once you are sitting on a 0/3 vs 1 life.
Thanks, I added 4 Searing Spear to seal the deal (also don't forget the split card Burn).Heartless Summoning is mostly in there for the chance to win quicker, also Sire of Insanity break your opponent's neck 2 turns sooner.
I didn't forget your "burn" but that is 1 in 15 chance to have it, where 8 burn spells bring you down to 1 in 8(rounded up).
This looks like a much more solid list now with the extra burn. I'm wondering if Tamiyo is the planeswalker for this deck or not. Chandra might be a potential inclusion instead.
Well she taps creatures so M.o.C. can do his 1-life-point-thing and as mentioned in the How to Play section her ultimate ignores S.o.I.'s discard.
