The owner of this deck hasn't added a sideboard, they probably should...

Deck Description

Here is my "sliver control" with the win condition of milling.

It was a new idea I wanted to try, built it and decided to back up its construct here in the vault.

Some of the spells may not be the most efficient choices, but these were cards I had on hand.

I hope you all like it as much as I do! It is a lot of fun! Pretty annoying for a $5 deck.

How to Play

(This deck works best going against creature decks)

The concept is pretty simple.
1. Counter spells (control the battlefield, waste your opponents mana, irritate the opponent)
2. Hand fixation (fixes your hand for a smoother and more consistent game play)
3. Slivers (take control of your opponents creatures, artifacts, and lands, and towards mid game milling power)

It should be easy to come up with a sideboard to better take care of creature-less opponents.

Dakra Mystic - Used to both mill the opponent as well as help control your draw (IE. if you needed more counterspell)

Tomorrow, Azami's Familiar - Great hand fixation, for the main draw as well as hand fixation. A little bit expensive, but with the board control is easy to pull out. Combos well with Dakra Mystic, and Control spells that allow a draw.

Time Ebb - Not only temporarily takes care of a creature, but helps control the opponents next draw, slows them down, and wastes their mana

Vacuumelt - Mid game to late game, when your opponent has more land than you can care for, Vaccumelt is great as a one card clear the field.

Mark of Eviction - Repetitive creature control.

How to play?
1. Control the battle field with couterspell + non-land removal
2. Use couterspells and removal with hand fixation to make early and mid game more efficient.
3. Work your slivers into play for control + Tomorrow, Azami's Familiar for hand fixation.
4. At this point you have near full control of hand fixation and drawing multiple cards a turn (for instant and sorcery control). This is a good point to consider forgetting sliver control and go for the mill (as your control can still be backed by counterspell + removal)

So far I have very much enjoyed this deck, and is great for a $5 deck! (low end costs)

I am curious what you all think! Lemme know in the comments and tell the world what you'd do different? ( Keep it budget! )
