This is a pretty straight forward creature mill deck. get unblockable creatures out put Trepanation blade on them, swing for massive damage and mill at the same time.

For a Mill/Kill deck like this, Id advise Mindshrieker. You give him a Cranial Plating, make him Unblockable, and pay to mill someone, then swing for lots of damage. You can even put Trep Blade on it to make it even worse.
