Deck Description

Elesh Norn has such sights to show you.

Despite black being my favorite color, Elesh Norn is my favorite praetor from NPH, so this is my attempt to build a deck utilizing her. The best way to use her isn't immediately apparent though, at least to me so I decided to just go for stalling my opponent with control until I have the mana to start tossing out my fatties. Any and all suggestions welcome. I want as few Mirran spells as possible to keep the flavor of the deck going as well as few cards from Zendikar and M11 as possible since those are rotating out this year.

Deck discussion for Angels To Some, Demons To Others

Great refference to a great movie :)

Maybe you could do someting with Norn's Annex, just a thought. You could drop it turn 3 and it would seriously slow down your opponent.

Yeah I was considering Norn's Annex. The Phyrexian mana cost, while one of it's benefits, is also one of it's downsides. The spell would be most helpful against an aggro deck and paying 4 life isn't such an appealing idea when up against an aggro deck, but it is definitely a card I plan to tinker around with.

I made a deck using one of the praetors, and a good way to deal with cost is to use quicksilver amulet. Maybe instead of spellbomb?
