I like it. I would get rid of the myrs for sure. I would replace the temple bell with Jace Belerens. I like the journal but i wouldnt use banshee's. They will be doing damage too so you dont want your life going down anymore. You need some creature kill too. go for the throat/doom blade/smother. something. Seems cool though. Hope this can help a little if at all.

So, get rid of the bloodchief ascension as well? The banshees and perilous myr are included for the purpose of getting counters on bloodchief ascension. I am alright with taking it out, but I don't have many ideas on how to capitalize on Jace's erasure and lots of draw.
Here's the deck I made, and am currently running http://www.mtgvault.com/ViewDeck.aspx?DeckID=146651 Kozilek is one of the best additions I would recommend, the ability to prevent deck-out is irreplaceable. and with Kozilek in the deck adding a few cheap draw cards wouldn't hurt.
