Needs more low cost permanents to drive the shrine. Ash zealot is pretty good.

I agree id drop the dragon egg for the zealot the 2/2 dragon token doesnt help with your devotion. and 3 mana is too much for the egg.
Honestly, the shrine isn't too important, since i only have one. If I had more i would definitely run it more towards devotion. And the dragon egg just works too good with Scourge.
I also suggest losing the madcap skills for something else maybe another low cost creature or another burn spell i like skullcrack prevents them from gaining life for the turn and deals 3 damage to there face.
After the damage i was able to sneak in with madcap and mutavault? I will sideboard skullcrack though.
