Ornithopter is no longer a T2. I like the Chancelorof the forge addition, but getting it out might be tricky cuz it's so expensive to cast. I originally had 4 spikeshot elders in mine, but knocked it down to 1, purely just so i could fit faster cards in. Feel free to check my " Goblin slap 2 " for ideas for yours. I find that my deck is 50/50 so far . I either slaughter my opponent in 2 games straight, very quickly, or I have a very close match and lose. The biggest problem I found were token decks, and decks with a lot of " Black sun's zenith ". Figure out how to get around them and you should do well.
How about adding a sun titan, and a couple of Gideon's avengers, also a Mikaeus, the Lunarch. I would ditch the Beast withing and substitue that with a card like Rubuke. I have a deck similar to this that I am tweeking, I will punch it up on my profile and maybe you can get some ideas off it that may help your game. I tweeked your Goblin slap again from the last time you looked at it, I was reading the suggestions people were giving, and got a few ideas from them. I love that deck. Keep making them T2 decks.
I used this last night at a tourney, without a side board. Playing against blue/black/white mix decks full of expensive cards. Match one - I beat him in 2 straight 2nd match - I was beat the first 2 games, but barely, it was very close. 3rd match - i beat him in the first 2 games. 4th match - the guy had a really good deck, in the end Black sun's zenith smoked me, I lost 2 games straight. 5th match - I win again! Beat him in the 1st 2 games. Like I said, I didn't use a side board, but I did change your original deck slightly, I added Red sun's zenith which saved my ass twice last night, ' Spikeshot elder " helped out alot at times. All in all, I'd say this deck is great against most opponets, Black sun's zenith is a big problem though. I love it and am definately going to keep using it. You can check out my version of this deck , maybe give me some pointers on what i should use to side board. Thank you for this deck, it's awesome.
