I'd add an extra kinsbaile and one less healer, after all the real aim here is to use doyen's ability to hit the player and kinsbaile will do 2 damage per opponent's creature..I'd perhaps look at something other then fire at will though, I'm sure there's better options out there, heck an oblivion ring can be many times more useful.

Nice modern elf design. How does it play? any issues? I'd assume burn and creature destruction are an annoyance until you get out the asceticism.
Interesting little deck design. There is a midnight banshee that would also work well here or even everlasting torment enchantment.
