Some self discard/sac/mill effects to put the cards there and single Ertai / Cartel Aristocrat to take advantage of it all.It's not modern legal, if you catch my drift.

Recur it with Dreams of the Dead.Aphemia can tell tales of any discarded/sacrificed/milled enchantments and make zombies.Annexed lands can be sacrificed to Dreamscape Artist, which puts the Annex to graveyard, which can be retrieved again with Monk Idealist.Monk Idealist can also retrieve Aphemia or Moon-Circuit Hacker.
