Deck discussion for Mellies Merfolk

Making a Merfolk deck for my wife since she always wanted one but never got one. Suggestions are welcomed. I'd like to make this deck really good for Merfolk.

Not a lot left to suggest; you've pretty much hit all the bases. Maybe Aquitect's Will in the SB, in case your wife ends-up playing someone who plays enchantment hate. Also, Preordain is banned in Modern; don't know if that matters or not (I'm guessing not, since you obviously know your stuff). Looks good; hope your wife enjoys it!

Nice, thanks for the suggestions! I added Aquitect's Will to the sideboard but may even switch out spreading seas for it since its cmc is lower. I will play test it and see how it does.
As for Preordain, she mainly plays table top casual (I am the more addicted one haha) so card legality isn't what she thinks about. She tries to stay pretty close to Modern though for my sake lol

Think I will remove Master of the Pearl Trident or Lord of Atlantis since the boost is the same, for some Halimar Wavewatch for early defending and dmg or Triton Shorestalker for alittle more fast phase dmg from round 1 :D

Otherwise I´ll joine the ranks in which Umoonpuca said :)

Ps - im not quite done with my own, but it looks pretty much alike
