I would suggest scratching eternal dragon and luminarch ascension, and adding 2 shackles. That takes you down to sixty and you don't really need luminarch what with all the exile.infinite combos.
Or since you already got shackles in, 2 more plains
I'm thinking Sphere of Safety due to the number of enchantments in the deck? It could work together with Luminarch Ascension.
