Sideboard Tectonic Edge against Valakut, Dread Statuary against board sweeps like DoJ, and maybe Brave the Elements? Just a few suggestions.

If you want to use angels, why not try an Angel ramp deck with Iona as the finisher? I would think the ramp would work better than control, but who knows!

Yeah with the ramp, Comet Storm could be a game winner for sure. Sweet man, I love the deck!

Also I know this may be an odd suggestion, but have you thought about World Queller? I could see it possibly working in this deck.

Brilliant deck idea. I would drop the Wolfbriar as suggested. Also maybe think about Stirring Wildwood for the dual land, just a suggestion. Not sure what you could drop.

Terramorphic Expanse works well too. I would do a play set of them at take out 2 Plains and 2 Mountains. Although, maybe after test playing you may find that what you have now works fine too! I always like options when it comes to mana though.

Someone in my meta play a deck like this. I basically have to beat him before turn 6 or 7 or else I'm done for...

You should play Hedron Crab!

I would definitely suggest Arid Mesa for getting the mana you need as well as thinning your deck. The card is from Zendikar in case you were wondering. A play set will cost you some $$$ but they are well worth it!

I would replace the Razorverge Thicket with two more Stirring Wildwood, they are great blockers. I run a similar deck and originally ran Khalni Heart Expedition as well, but I found the card was too slow or was unneeded by the time I used it. I would think about playing maybe two Amulet of Vigor as well since you have so many "come in tapped lands". Other then that, I love this deck.
